What's my age again?
ok was at the casino watching EPL 7 hours ago. was quite impressed by my dear man utd. their passing was quite fluent and the defence was solid on the whole. Ferdinand returns really instilled confidence. actually brown, silvestre, and O'Shea aren't really as lousy a centre half as the media portrayed, just that they need someone to tell them what to do and thankfully, the person is back. seriously i've never been a happier man utd supporter cos nowdays, they are no longer the top dog of EPL and so people no longer think i support them because they kept winning. I’ve been supporting them since 1994 and knew all about the 58 Munich disaster and Newton Health. So kinda pissed when people wore a man utd jersey but don’t even know who bobby charlton is
the other reasons is because i thought Ferguson really invested well this time. u can more or less see the same players still playing 10 years from now and there will definitely be a few british around. no matter how great henry or drogba is, they can never produce the team spirit and 110% commitment like the brits. Fergie know it best because he is one himself. sure, arsenal played some sublime football at times but I am just waiting to see what happen when henry gets a long term injury. Chelsea may win the EPL someday but they will never dominant it because at the rate players come and go in Chelsea, the players may have to do a self-intro every training session.
ok so I was watching then a group of ang mo asked me to help them take pictures. They spoke slowly and used very simple English because they thought I can’t speak English. After taking the pics, they put both their palms together and thanked me in the thai way. Wonder who told them my name was uthai… the 2 guys also gave me a hug but I rather use that 2 hugs to exchange for 1 from the girls. After that, another ang mo lady kept looking at me but I just ignored it cos I thought she was looking at something else. She finally asked me how old I was cos she thought I looked 16 and she kept telling me how young I looked. Anyway other than how skinny I am, my “gin na” face is another issue frequently reminded by others. I think if I were to wear my sec sch uniform, i will have no problem walking in any given morning. Nvm, people can go on and tell me how “gin na” I looked but 15 years from now where people start to tell me I look 25, it will be my turn to see the funny side.
